If user activity violates platform policies, Meta policies, or applicable laws:
If a Business Manager account, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, Meta Business Portfolio, or related service is restricted, suspended, disabled, or rejected by Meta, the Company shall not be held liable.
Resolution timelines depend solely on Meta's review and approval processes.
Service availability depends on various third-party systems, including:
The Company shall not be liable for downtime, API outages, service interruptions, rate limits, delayed deliveries, technical failures, or external system disruptions.
Users must download campaign reports, message reports, and performance data within 7 days of campaign execution.
The Company is not obligated to restore deleted logs, reports, or campaign data after the applicable retention period.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or update any feature, functionality, pricing structure, subscription plan, integration, or service offering at any time in response to platform requirements, business needs, regulatory changes, or technology updates.
All software, trademarks, branding, platform designs, logos, documentation, and related intellectual property associated with ARProBOT remain the exclusive property of A R Pro Digital unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform without prior written authorization.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chandausi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
